Our Yoga for weight loss program is spread across three weeks, one and half hours everyday. We design customized weight loss plans starting from beginner level Yoga postures to intensive workout sessions. This reduces frequent hunger cravings to give effective results. We chart dietary plans according to the nutritional needs of the participant and emphasize on following the plan.
